Compatibility Check: Before launching Adobe Connect Pro, users should check to ensure that their machine, web browser and plug-ins are compatible with the software. This can be accomplished by visiting the Adobe Test page. This Adobe website also offers troubleshooting tips.
Learn How: Online tutorials are available on the ANSWERS Adobe Connect Pro home page, and at the Acrobat Connect Pro Resource Center at http://www.adobe.com/resources/acrobatconnect/.
Set up a Meeting: All current SU students, faculty and staff can access Adobe Connect Pro at http://webconference.syr.edu. A valid SU NetID and password is required for login.
