ITS is now providing digital certificates, through InCommon, to Syracuse University departments at no charge.
Non-IT Staff and Faculty should contact their IT Support Group to discuss and submit requests as necessary.
IT Staff can submit new certificate, renewal and revocation requests using the self-enrollment forms found at: https://cert-manager.com/customer/InCommon/ssl?
A department access code and pass phrase will be needed in order to access the forms and submit requests. These can be obtained by DSP's from your area's IT Director or by contacting ITSOFFICE@syr.edu.
Your name, department and phone number should be entered in the comments section of each form for verification.
Once submitted your request will move through the approval process.
Once completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address used to submit the form. This e-mail will come directly from InCommon.
