The form below should be used by sponsors of guest speakers or by visiting professors who do not have a Syracuse University NetID and will need temporary access to the campus network. The form should be completed three days before the connection is needed. The form should also be completed by faculty and staff sponsoring "on-the-spot" registrations. Confirmation for a request should be received within a day.

Address Procedures:

In order to complete the form, you will need to enter the computer's Media Access Control (Ethernet) address. The MAC address is another name for an Ethernet address. Follow the links below for directions on finding a computer's MAC address.
