Information Technology and Services (ITS) computing and network systems may be unavailable for routine
maintenance activities or upgrades during the day- and time- periods listed below:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: between 4 and 7 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: between 6 and 10 a.m.
NOTE: Under some circumstances, the outage windows listed for Saturday and Sunday
may be extended beyond the 10 a.m. outage window. In those cases, every effort will be made to ensure
that affected members of the campus community have been given as much advance notice as possible; that
there are no scheduled, special activities that would be seriously affected by the outage; and that the
system is restored as quickly as possible.

and/or system alerts for ITS computing and network systems.
MYSLICE
Information about planned downtimes for MySlice and the services that are accessed through MySlice
is also posted on MySlice Announcements.
REQUESTS:
To request that the standard availability schedule for any ITS system be extended due to special
circumstances or a major project outside of normal business hours, please submit the
Requesting System Availability form.
Information technology personnel who need to schedule a downtime for system maintenance and/or upgrades
must first submit a request to Change Management.
