MyMail Calendar: Importing the SU Events Calendar - Syracuse University

To import the SU Events calendar into your MyMail calendar follow the steps below:

Go to SU Events calendar at http://suevents.syr.edu.
Click on the "subscribe and download" link on the left side of the main SU Events calendar page.
You can choose to download any of the individual events calendars listed in the chart or the entire SU Events calendar by clicking "download" link.
When the pop up box appears, click "save", and save the file using the default name on your desktop.
Log onto MyMail.
Click the "calendar" button on the MyMail toolbar.
Click the "import/export" button on the MyMail toolbar.
Choose "vCalendar/iCalendar" in the pull-down menu in the Import Calendar, Step 1 box, then click "browse".
Locate and select the file you just saved from the SU Events Calendar.
Click "open".
Click "next". A message will appear to confirm that your import of the calendar was successful.
Click on the "calendar" button on the toolbar to view the updated calendar.
