The MyMail "blocklist" can be used to prevent spam and other e-mail from getting into your MyMail inbox.
- Select the message containing the address that you want to block
- Click "blocklist" on the inbox menu bar.
- A "blocklist" confirmation message will appear above the Quota Status Bar.
- You may then select and delete the original message.
- Any future e-mail sent from the address you just blocked will be automatically prevented from coming into your inbox.
NOTE: To change the status of the e-mail addresses you have blocked (i.e. allow e-mail from a blocked address) do the following:
- Click on the "Filters" icon in the left panel.
- Highlight the address you want to allow.
- Press the "delete" button on the keyboard.
- Click "save" at the bottom of the blocklist box.
Future incoming messages from the address will be allowed into your MyMail inbox.
