Customer Satisfaction Survey

EPS strongly believes in continuous quality improvement not only for the University areas it works with but also for its own services.

In support of this commitment EPS routinely surveys people and departments we have worked with to assess what we've done well as well as identify EPS areas that could be improved upon.

The survey is typically distributed to clients immediately after a project is completed but is available, on-line, at any time.  Additionally individuals may contact any member of the EPS department to discuss EPS services.
