EPS's Process Improvement Approach

Enterprise Process Support (EPS) employs an eight-step approach to process improvement using process maps. The eight steps are:

1.   Identify the process to improve.
2.   Determine the scope of the process.
3.   Decide on the process improvement team.
4.   Create the As-Is process map.
5.   Assess the As-Is process.
6.   Create the desired To-Be process map.
7.   Implement the changes.
8.   Assess the new process.
