Follow your normal procedures. Contact whomever you normally ask for assistance with MySlice or PeopleSoft HRSA applications. Be prepared to answer the following questions:
- What were you trying to do?
- What did you expect would happen?
- What did happen or what did you see?
- Did you receive an error message? If so, what was it?
- What path did you try to use after the upgrade?
- What path did you use before the upgrade?
- When did you encounter this?
