Follow your normal procedures. Contact whomever you normally ask for assistance with MySlice or PeopleSoft HRSA applications. Be prepared to answer the following questions:

  • What were you trying to do?
  • What did you expect would happen?
  • What did happen or what did you see?
  • Did you receive an error message? If so, what was it?
  • What path did you try to use after the upgrade?
  • What path did you use before the upgrade?
  • When did you encounter this?
