ITS currently has openings for Student Consultants.
Information Technology and Services (ITS) Student Consultants provide first level computing support
for students, staff, and faculty at Syracuse University. In this role, Student Consultants use helpdesk
software to document, troubleshoot, and resolve computing issues, often following written documentation
and procedures to solve client computer problems.
The Student Consultant position does not utilize skills in the following areas: programming,
web development, network configuration or computer hardware repair.
