What you need to know
- MySite is a personal web page hosting service available to Syracuse University students, faculty and staff.
- MySite will be replacing the web.syr.edu website option. Web.syr.edu data must be migrated manually (see below).
- MySite provides 50 megabytes of storage space for personal web content including documents, images, and media.
- MySite personal web page content is administered using WebDAV, an extension of the HTTP protocol, providing Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning.

All MySite websites are accessible using the following format: http://your-netid.mysite.syr.edu
Using MySite
- ONE-TIME SETUP
- Create your MySite account
- Create your MySite connection
- LOAD CONTENT
- VIEW
- Once you have created your MySite web page, it can be viewed through any web browser at:
http://your-netid.mysite.syr.edu
