Our SAS Education Analystic Suite contract covers Windows, Mac, and Linux versions of SAS.
DO NOT use this form for Mac orders, since it involves special pricing.

This form includes several sections. Please complete all the sections that apply to your request. If you have special circumstances, such as running SAS on a Macintosh or requesting multiple copies of SAS, please send email directly to Sue Heeley at suorders@syr.edu with an explanation. This form is intended for individual orders only.

You must check the box at the bottom of the form indicating that you accept the terms and conditions of the SAS license. We cannot process your request unless this box is checked.

Text boxes that already have text in them are drop-down selections. Click and hold on the text box to see all the choices, move to the choice you want, and release. Your selection will be highlighted and will appear in the text box. If you change your mind, you may repeat this process with another selection. If you do not make a selection, the text that appears in the box will be selected by default. Empty text boxes are for you to enter text. The current version of SAS for Windows is 9.1.3
A NEW version of SAS (9.2) will become available during Fall Semester 2008.
Supported versions of SAS for Windows are 9.1.3 and 8.2 (9.2 when available)
Price of SAS LICENSE for the license term = [ $65.00 plus 8% tax, where applicable ]

1. Choose RENEW LICENSE ONLY if you are renewing an existing license.
2. Otherwise select a combination which describes your request.
3. Replacement media charges are the same as new media purchase charges.

For a renewal, please indicate the Release Number of SAS you are currently running.
Otherwise Select either SAS 9.1.3 or SAS 8.2.
When you start SAS, the Release Number is displayed on the start-up screen.

NOTE: SAS Institute does NOT support SAS 9 on "Home" versions of Vista or WinXP.
Only SAS 9.1.3 will install on Windows Vista.

About You

Our campuswide license agreement for SAS allows for employees who have individual licenses to run SAS on their office computers to install a second copy on their home computer at no additional cost. Select this option only if you have a second copy of SAS running on a home computer or if you intend to install a second copy at home. If you will be using only one copy of SAS, on either your office machine or your home computer, you need not select this option. See SAS Home Use Agreement Terms and Conditions for full details.
