Welcome to computing at Syracuse University. This tutorial will provide new students with
information about:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Access to the University's computing network and services is
controlled by the NetID and password. Many new students may have already activated their NetID
to gain access to their financial aid information through MySlice.
If you have not activated your NetID, please do so now! You can activate your NetID and create
a password from your home computer through SU's NetID Web page.
