Request Availability

An example of this would be because a department needs to use this system for a major project outside of regular business hours.  To request an extension to standard availability for a particular system, please complete this form.

  • Requests must be submitted the Wednesday afternoon prior to the date of when you would like the system to be available.
  • This request is not guaranteed approval.
  • Submitters will receive a response from the department if any scheduling conflicts exist.
