Single Line Set Instructions

These are instructions for use with an administrative single line telephone.
call transfer
- press the flash button
- dial number 3-xxxx
- announce Call
- hang up
call hold
three-way calling
- pick up handset
- establish a call with the first party
- press the flash button
- dial the second party's telephone number
- press the flash button
to activate call forwarding
- dial *72
- dial number you wish to forward your telephone to
- hear the confirmation tone
- hang up
to de-activate call forwarding
- dial *73
- hear the confirmation tone
- hang up
call pickup
- pickup handset, hear dial tone
- dial *70
to program speed calling
- dial *74
- assign a number you want the telephone number to be identified by
- dial the telephone number to be stored
- hear a confirmation tone and hang up
- repeat this procedure for each telephone number you wish to store
to use speed calling
- dial * and the number code on your speed dialing list
