The above fees and cellular phone service charges will be billed to departments through the SU Telecommunications departmental Pinnacle billing process. The "Departmental Billing Authorization for Wireless Telephone Services" form must be completed to initiate the billing service.

Telecommunications cannot coordinate billing for individuals with private cellular voice and data plans. Those who maintain a private cellular service plan for their department-approved "smartphone" must make arrangements within their unit for reimbursement.
