Microsoft Outlook is the email, contact management, calendaring and productivity software that has
been installed on faculty and staff desktops over the course of 2007. Outlook has a full-featured desktop client
and an easy to use Web-based version for remote access.
Organizational Units finishing up their Active Directory and Outlook 2003 migrations can contact
training@syr.edu if they have a group of 5 or more people that need training.
