New Licensing Agreement with Microsoft Offers Enhanced Security, Analytics and Collaboration
Syracuse University will transition from Microsoft A3 licenses to Microsoft A5 licenses as the result of a new agreement between the two organizations. Information Technology Services announced the change as part of the division’s ongoing commitment to providing the best tools and resources to enhance productivity, security and overall experience.
New Way to Report Phishing Emails
To strengthen campus cybersecurity, Information Technology Services (ITS) is updating the process for reporting suspected phishing emails. Going forward, all phishing emails should be reported using Microsoft Outlook’s Report Message feature.
