Create a Help Ticket

Before submitting a help ticket, make sure to check for relevant information!

You can request IT help by calling the Help Desk at 315.443.2677, by sending an email to, by visiting the ITS Service Center, or by using the following form to submit a ticket directly to our Help Desk staff.  Please be sure to include your SU NetID or SUID if you have that available and describe your issue in as much detail as possible.
