Who We Are and What We Do

Need help with an IT related issue or your campus account? The ITS Service Center, located at 1-227 CST in the Life Sciences Complex, offers IT related support to student, faculty, staff, and more 7 days a week. Those seeking assistance can call, email or stop by. Be sure to check out our full list of in-person support services.

Students, got that DIY spirit? RatherĀ get hands-on with your repair than give it to somebody else? We've got tools for that. Work space, too. And we'd be happy to let you borrow both. Free! Ask about U-FixIT at the ITS Service Center.

Please note that no products or software is sold at the ITS Service Center. Any replacement parts, licensed software or peripherals would need to be purchased at a third party location or if available at the bookstore. See below for included services.

Support Hours During Campus Coronavirus Response

Please be aware that we have closed our in-person support center during the campus response to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Phone support hours will be unchanged and are listed below. Phone support is available at 315.443.2677. If you call after hours, you will have the option to leave a message with support staff. Note that users are welcome to email help@syr.edu 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Normal support hours will tentatively resume following official Syracuse University communication allowing students to return to campus.
