ITS Service Center In-Person Support Hours
The ITS Service Center, located at 1-227 CST in the Life Sciences Complex, is open for summer support by appointment only Monday thru Friday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Be sure to check out our full list of in-person support services. Note that no products or software are sold at the ITS Service Center and that no hardware related repairs are performed.
Students needing in-person assistance, reach us for questions or technical assistance by calling our staff at 315.443.2677 at the phone hours above. If an in-person appointment is necessary, support staff will assist you with an appointment day and time.
