Phone support is available at 315.443.2677. If you call after hours, you will have the option to leave a message for support staff to return your call.

Note that users are welcome to email help@syr.edu, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

The ITS Service Center, located at 1-227 CST in the Life Sciences Complex, is here to provide in-person support.

If you are a staff or faculty member, please note, the ITS Service Center does not have representation from your department and cannot assist with departmental needs. If you are not a student, please reach out to your academic or administrative support personnel.
