Now by Appointment Only The ITS Service Center located in the ITS Computer Lab in 107 Goldstein Student Center is no longer available for walk-in service. The Computer Lab remains open. You can request a support appointment, and an ITS Support Consultant will meet you at the ITS Service Center counter at Goldstein. Appointments are available at the following days and times: • Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. To request an appointment visit http://its.syr.edu/goldstein Please request your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a consultant is available to meet you. An email will be sent to your SU email address upon confirmation of the appointment day and time. Please bring your SU ID card to your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please respond to the confirmation e-mail at least 1 hour before it is scheduled to start. |
