Syracuse University students have access to special pricing on select laptops and devices through the University’s partner, SHI.

You’ll enter your token and key when you create your SHI account.

Getting Started 

Create your SHI account with your token and key. Go to shi.com and follow these steps:

1. Click “Sign In” in the top-right corner.
2. Click the “Need an Account” button.
3. Click the “Enter My Token and Key” button on the right.
4. Input your token (203334) and key (RNAYD3JMCU) and then click “Next.”
5. Fill out the remainder of the form ensuring all required fields are completed. Click “Register.”
6. To finalize the process, check your email and confirm your account by clicking the link in the email from SHI.
7. Complete! You can now login with your new credentials.

Open Company Standards. Once you’re in the Syracuse Student Device Portal, find “Company Standards” in the left-hand menu, or under the Syracuse Student Portal dropdown in the top right corner.

Pick your device. Open the “ITS-Recommended Laptop Purchases” folder to see the devices we recommend for students, then order right from the portal with your student pricing already applied.
