Welcome New Students!

Opening Week Support

Students will receive instructions on how to register their computers on the SU network along with their room key when they check into their residential facility. Most students find the process of connecting to the SU network easy and do so without any assistance.

If you need help
  • ITS consultants will be available in SU's residential facilities to assist students during SU Welcome 2012.
  • As they are all year long, consultants will be available to assist students in the ITS Support Center, by phone at (315) 443-2677, and by email at help@syr.edu.
