ITS Support Services: Who we are and what we do


Information Technology and Services (ITS) provides a variety of support options for students, faculty, and staff. Additional computing support services are provided by school, college, and departmental computing support staff.

Support

ITS Support During Winter Break & Green Days

The University will be operating under its Green Days format for the Winter Break period Dec. 24, 2014, through Jan. 2, 2015 (returning to regular operation on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015).

ITS will be monitoring computing and network services throughout the Winter Break and will respond appropriately if system-wide problems occur.

All times shown below are Eastern Time.

During Winter Break assistance is available from an ITS support staff member by calling 315-443-2677 or by e-mailing help@syr.edu as follows:

If you choose to call, follow the automated prompts and leave a message for the on-call ITS staff. On-call support is applicable before/after the open hours listed above and 24 hours a day on the following dates:

ITS support staff hours will resume regular business hours on Monday Jan. 5.
