Digital Accessibility Tip: Use Ally

Did you know that students can use Ally in Blackboard Ultra? For example, you can download course files in a variety of alternative formats. To do so, locate the Download Alternative Formats button (Ally icon) next to a file. By selecting it, available formats will appear in a pop-up menu. These formats include tagged PDFs, mobile-friendly HTML, audio and more.

OneDrive Tips

Learn how to access and navigate OneDrive, locate your files and find shared documents in this helpful video. It covers everything from understanding the OneDrive interface and keeping up with file updates to a quick method for saving photos and videos from your mobile device. Explore our digital maps at maps.syracuse.edu, where you can sort locations by type (buidings, parking, etc.). Click “Wayfinding” and select “Show Only Wheelchair Accessible Routes” to find wheelchair-friendly paths
