AirOrangeX

Stay connected on campus with AirOrangeX, our high-speed wireless network—no login required. Available for laptops, smartphones, gaming consoles and most wireless devices. Campus Maps

Getting to a new building, meeting or event this semester? Syracuse University’s interactive campus map makes it easy to locate academic buildings, residence halls, dining, parking and more—right from your phone or browser. Click “Wayfinding” and select “Show Only Wheelchair Accessible Routes” to find wheelchair-friendly paths. Maps.

Claude Code and Claude Cowork Now Available

Claude Enterprise is an advanced AI assistant by Anthropic, now available to Syracuse University students. Claude Enterprise users can now access two new tools: Claude Code, for delegating programming tasks from the command line or desktop app, and Claude Cowork, for handing off multi-step work like research and document prep. Trolley Tracker

Waiting in the cold guessing when the next trolley will show? Skip the guesswork. The ‘Cuse Trolley Tracker gives you real-time locations and predicted arrival times for every route on and around campus—so you can time your walk to the stop and hop on without the wait. It’s free with your Syracuse University or SUNY-ESF ID, and it works right from your phone. Tracker.

MakerSpace Hours

The ITS MakerSpace is a hands-on fabrication lab with 20-plus machines—3D printers, laser engravers, textile machines and more—open to students for coursework, research and personal projects. Academic year hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 8 p.m., and weekends, 2 to 6 p.m., on the first floor of Marshall Square Mall (University I.D. required). MakerSpace.

The newly updated OrangeNow helps you customize your experience–including a new dark mode option! System Status

Information Security Tip: Phish Bowl

Spot the scam before it hooks you. The ITS Phish Bowl collects real phishing emails circulating across Syracuse University—fake account alerts, bogus job offers, financial aid scams and more. Check it to see what’s going around, then delete anything that matches. Stay Secure.

Digital Accessibility Tip: Sign-Speak

Sign-Speak is here to stay. After a successful pilot last fall, the free service is now a permanent campus resource—interpreting between American Sign Language and spoken or written English in real time, using just a camera. On-demand, campus-wide support, anytime. Sign-Speak.
