As an early adopter of Microsoft Copilot at Syracuse University, you are invited to a virtual workshop with Microsoft Education Senior Modern Work Specialist Darren Clay. ITS will offer two sessions via Microsoft Teams to accommodate busy schedules. Each session will feature:

  • High-level explanations of Copilot and its applications in Outlook, M365 chat, Word and more
  • Real-time demonstrations of use cases, such as summarizing emails, drafting responses, creating executive summaries, and analyzing Excel workbooks
  • Discussion of effective prompting strategies
  • Post-workshop resources for continued success with Copilot
