ITS Support Services

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a variety of support options for students, faculty and staff. Additional computing support services are provided by school, college and departmental computing support staff.


General Information Technology Support

Information Technology Services operates an in-person computing service center on the Syracuse University campus in room 1-227 of the Center for Science & Technology/Life Sciences Building complex on North Campus. If you require general IT-related assistance, please contact the ITS Service Center in the following ways:

Students seeking technical support specific to a school or college, such as course-related software and school or college managed labs, please contact the school/college support team.

Faculty and staff seeking support for office or work computer related issues, such as office printer or university issued computers and software, please contact your appropriate school/college or administrative departmental support staff.


Classroom Technology Support

The ITS Learning Environments and Media Production (LEMP) team provides academic technology services including classroom technology support. If you require classroom technology support, contact us in the following ways:

Online Learning Support

The ITS Online Learning Services (OLS) department provides leadership and support in the appropriate use of technology for teaching, learning and research. If you require immediate assistance with online learning technology, such as Blackboard, please contact us in the following ways:
