The ITS Service Center, located at 1-227 CST in the Life Sciences Complex, offers IT related support to student, faculty, staff, and more 7 days a week.

Technology Consultant

Technology Consultants provide first-level computing support for affiliates of Syracuse University including faculty, staff, students and more in the Service Center located in the Life Sciences Complex. Note that consultant positions are available to provide support by phone and email or face-to-face in our support center.

  • Desired skillset: Applicants must be a current Syracuse University undergraduate or graduate student. Successful applicants possess knowledge of common personal technology including operating systems and applications sufficient to provide basic troubleshooting and follow technical documentation.
  • Available shifts: Year-round, 7 days per week, including available shifts over holiday breaks
  • Common Hiring Windows: Sep-Oct and Feb-Mar
